20 Things to Burn with a 1 Watt Laser Pointer

Today is all about something that’s long overdue and I should have done this a while ago. It is an edition of 20 things to burn with a 1 watt laser pointer.

Firstly, I want to appreciate the YouTuber lazer phase. I got the inspiration to do this from him with his 25 things to burn with a 1 watt laser pointer. I do think that his version and mine both have a common ground.

These laser demonstrations or laser tests are done when I get a new laser using some everyday household items. All I do is to take it out and do a little burn test.

Here is a disclaimer which says that you do need to wear laser safety glasses at all times when using lasers. I have a sink full of water next to me and a stone backdrop. This is to ensure that the laser is not hitting my wall and lighting my walls on fire. Besides these, be careful always when working with fire and lasers.

So this edition is centered using my 1 watt 445 nanometer blue Thor m2 laser. Also at some point I also used a generic Chinese 1 watt laser and an Arctic 1 watt laser. This rule will work with any 1 watt laser and it doesn't really matter the color. This is as long as you have a focusing feature such that you can make your beam diameter very thin and dots very small. It enables you to do some better burning.

At this point, I want to appreciate Time on show LPS and the laser Channel because I borrowed some resource from each one of them. This is because I don't have certain supplies. It was a cigarette, a black lighter and a working iPhone 5 that was used. I'll put links to their channels down below in the description along with laser phase channel. If you like the edition, feel free to subscribe.
